A Tyrosine Kinase for FERTilization

Recent research findings from the Visconti Lab, at the UMASS-Amherst Department of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, were featured in the July 1, 2016 issue of Development, a highly regarded scientific journal for advances in developmental biology and stem cells: “The tyrosine kinase FER is responsible for the capacitation-associated increase in tyrosine phosphorylation in murine sperm”.   Read more »
