The Livestock Classic is open to the public and provides fun, food, and activities for kids of all ages! Each year students of the UMass Pre-Veterinary and Animal Science Club organize the Baystate Livestock Classic, a livestock show founded in 1938 in which students and faculty take part. Student participants spend a good portion of the spring semester training and fitting the animals that they have chosen to show during the Classic. The event culminates with the selection of the “Premier Showperson.” We hope to see you there!
