ANIML SCI 497S - Special Topics - Techniques in Nutritional Research

Lab. This course provides students with an introduction to the scientific technique.  A series of nutrition-related experiments will be conducted throughout the semester which will familiarize students with the challenges of experimental design, sample collection and analysis, and statistical analysis.
