ANIML SCI 103 - Introduction to Animal Management

In depth presentation of animal agriculture and its economic implications. Concepts of nutrition, reproduction, husbandry and marketing will be presented for beef and dairy cattle, sheep, swine, poultry, horses, and non traditional species such as llamas and alpacas. Lab emphasizes application of selected management practices for these animal species.
